Since completing my sub-specialty training, I have spent the past eight years working full time in a busy Pediatric Emergency Department. I have personally treated tens of thousands of sick children. Parents bring their children to me with all possible concerns, from the "routine" pediatric illnesses and minor injuries, to major medical and even life-threatening emergencies. Part of my expertise is determining which children are truly sick, which are not, and which require a workup. When not busy treating children at work, I'm usually spending time with my own five children and wife. |
