About Me
After completing training, I spent 10 years in academic practice at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, a major teaching and research hospital and cardiovascular center.  There I served as Director of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and was Associate Division Head of Cardiovascular Medicine.  I relocated to Florida in 2001 to join a private practice, where I see patients, conduct clinical research, and participate in the teaching programs of both local medical schools.
