- In the live collaboration session you can talk directly to the expert via your web browser, ask questions, chat, transfer files (images, reports, etc.), that you want the expert to review. The expert is also able to load images and video clips to assist in his explanations. They will then be available to both you and the healthcare expert during the live session.
- After you find an expert who meets your needs, you select a session type (live chat or email question), choose a session length, schedule the session time, and pay for it. At the appointed time you then simply log in, go to the Waiting Lounge and connect to the expert.
