However, if you want to receive medical information directly from a Consultant (i.e., information which will not be posted on the Site) you should register as a member of the Site (registration is free) and include your email address, user name and the password that you shall use. Furthermore, if the services provided under the Site are offered with ongoing subscription charge, we may ask you to provide us Personal Information which may include (among other things) your name, billing address, credit card number, and/or credit card expiration date. Please note that credit card numbers are used only for payment processing and are not retained on our system without your permission.

Consultant who provides medical information to user under the Site (“Consultant”) must provide contact information, like name and mailing address, in order to receive their payment from LiveMDExpert and to be registered as a Consultant.
We may transfer that Personal Information within LiveMDExpert or to LiveMDExpert 's third-party service providers, but only to provide services on the Site or to you, across borders, and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.

Some of our Site pages utilize "cookies" and other tracking technologies. A "cookie" is a small text file that may be used, for example, to collect information about Site activity. Some cookies and other technologies may serve to recall Personal Information previously indicated by a Site user. The main purpose of Site is to allow registered Consultant to provide users with services that the users need. Certain communications may be recorded and maintained by LiveMDExpert. LiveMDExpert does not screen or edit the content of communications between users and Consultants. Such communications are personal and private unless both parties agree to additional distribution, for example by posting questions or services on the public board (such as chats and forums). Information that is relayed between the user and the Consultant during the actual relaying of service is kept completely confidential, and no other users of the Site have access to this information. 

Except as set forth in this policy, LiveMDExpert and its subsidiaries will not disclose to unaffiliated companies any information it gathers from you which could be used to identify or contact you. 

Any Personal Information provided to entities affiliated with the Site will be treated in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, unless you are otherwise notified.

Regardless of your decision regarding the sharing of your Personal Information we may provide to third parties aggregated or compiled information about you not allow you to be identified or contacted, including but not limited, to information that you voluntarily provide to us through responses to surveys or questionnaires ("Aggregate Information"). Aggregate Information might include collective profiles of our user groups and their activities and preferences. When we do receive information (with parental consent) from users under the age of 13, we will never voluntarily share their Personal Information with third parties, regardless of their stated preference given at registration

To the extent that you do provide us with Personal Information, LiveMDExpert wishes to maintain accurate Personal Information. You may check your profile and add information, delete information or correct any incorrect information. LiveMDExpert may review your personal profile and amend any typing or spelling errors. LiveMDExpert cannot and will not examine the validity or accuracy of the details in your personal profile or in any of your postings or transmissions.

You may choose whether or not to provide Personal Information to LiveMDExpert. The notices we will provide where LiveMDExpert collects Personal Information on the Site should help you to make this choice. If you choose not to provide the Personal Information we request, you can still visit most of the Site, but you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services that involve our interaction with you.

We do not currently provide your Personal Information to third parties, except for third parties who may perform services on the Site or to you.
